What is The Explorer's Club?
The Explorer’s Club is High Seas’ tiered loyalty program that rewards members for shopping with us. Members earn points with every purchase and unlock exclusive benefits and Treasure Chest Rewards as they progress through the tiers: Explorer, Voyager, and Navigator.
How do I join The Explorer's Club?
Joining The Explorer’s Club is free and automatic with your first purchase at High Seas. Simply provide your phone number or email address when you check-in to start earning points, or sign up HERE.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at High Seas. Occasionally, we offer special promotions with bonus points opportunities.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire if no purchase is made within 3 months of your last purchase. This countdown resets with every purchase. Stay active to keep your points!
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed for Explorer’s Club Cash ($10 off for 500 points), special Treasure Chest Rewards, usually deluxe samples, products, or premium swag, and exclusive merchandise and experiences based on your tier.
What are the tiers in The Explorer's Club?
Explorer: Free to join, access to basic rewards.
Voyager: Spend $500/year to unlock enhanced rewards and events.
Navigator: Spend $1,000/year for elite benefits, such as premium gifts and exclusive offers.

What is a Point Multiplier Event?
During Point Multiplier Events, members earn extra points on their purchases:
2X for Explorers
3X for Voyagers
4X for Navigators.

Are there any special rewards for my birthday?
Yes! Members receive a birthday gift every year—Classic for Explorers and Voyagers, and a Premium gift for Navigators. Birthday gifts will be available for a limited time, starting on your birth date.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your Web Wallet HERE to view your points balance, tier status, and available rewards or inquire in store at High Seas.

How do I refer a friend to High Seas?
Share your unique referral link, found in your web wallet, with friends to invite them to join High Seas. When a new customer signs up using your link and makes their first purchase, you’ll earn 50 points for every $100 they spend. These points can be used for discounts and rewards through the Explorer’s Club.
Are there any additional benefits for referring multiple friends? (Referral Reward)
Yes – this is the Referral Reward, available for our two upper loyalty tiers. If you are a Voyager, Tier 2 member, you will receive $5 off for every 5 qualifying referrals. If you are a Navigator, Tier 3 member, you will receive $10 off for every 5 qualifying referrals. A referral is considered qualified when your friend signs up for High Seas using your unique referral link, is a new customer, and makes a first purchase of $50 or more.
Can I redeem points online?
Yes, points can be redeemed both in-store and online. Certain rewards may not be available online. When ordering through Weedmaps, points can only be redeemed once you are checking out in-store at High Seas.
What happens if I return an item?
Points earned from returned items will be deducted from your balance.
Are there any restrictions on using Explorer's Club Cash?
Explorer’s Club Cash can be applied to qualifying purchases. Certain items or promotions may be excluded; see details at checkout.
How do I achieve a higher tier?
Your tier is based on your annual spend at High Seas. Spend $500/year to become a Voyager or $1,000/year to reach Navigator status. Tier status is valid for the calendar year in which the member qualifies and the following full calendar year. After that, annual requalification is required to maintain your status.
What are Exclusive Events and Product Drops?
As a Voyager or Navigator, you’ll receive invitations to members-only events and early access to limited-edition products.
